General conditions
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATION CONTRACTS
1. ACCEPTANCE - Making any reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER - The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
3. PREPAYMENT - The system requires a payment or guarantee by credit card or bank transfer of 40% of the total rental amount within 7 days, with the reservation being subject to acceptance of the payment by the bank. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of arrival, at the time of key handover, either in cash, certified bank check, or credit card.
4. RESERVATION - Your reservation can be made by fax, telephone, email, or directly online on our website. The reservation will be completed when the user receives an email confirmation of the reservation with their booking reference number.
5. TOURIST TAX - There is no tourist tax in the region where your rental property is located.
6. DATA - All data entered by the user is stored on a secure server, and we guarantee that access to this information is exclusively limited to the reservations staff and will only be used for the purpose of the reservation itself and to inform the client of future promotions and offers.
7. OCCUPANTS - The client may only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the apartment’s features and the contracted rate.
8. CLEANING - The apartment will be made available to the client in proper cleaning conditions. The client agrees to leave the apartment in a reasonable state of cleanliness, without garbage or food waste.
9. EQUIPMENT - The client agrees to leave the apartment in the same condition regarding furniture and equipment as when they arrived.
10. MODIFICATIONS - We reserve the right to change the reserved apartment for one of similar or superior characteristics in cases of force majeure such as occupation or damages occurring after the reservation date. These changes will have no cost for the client.
11. CANCELLATION - For cancellations made more than 30 days in advance, 90% of the amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 30 days in advance, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations made 7 or fewer days in advance, no refund will be given.
